Terms and conditions.

King Laundry provides industrial laundry services to businesses: collection, washing, preparation and delivery of textile, with storage and textile management where contracted.

Every request produces a quote, sent one hour after the request. The quote sets out the service, the estimated volume and the price, and there is no contract until the client accepts it.

There are special terms for large volumes and recurring contracts, agreed case by case.

Collection and delivery are scheduled with the client and carried out by King Laundry vehicles. Delivery happens 24 to 72 hours after collection; on commercial volumes, 24 to 72 hours, and faster on urgent work.

The client must hand over the textile identified and flag, before collection, any delicate or technical items and anything with special treatment requirements.

King Laundry is liable, as provided by law, for damage and loss attributable to it in the items handed over to it. Normal wear from use is excluded, as is damage arising from a defect in the item or from missing or incorrect care instructions.

A claim must be raised as soon as the client notices the problem, and it is settled as set out in the service contract.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, card or cash, on the terms agreed in the accepted quote.

These terms may change. The version that applies to each service is the one published on this page on the date of the accepted quote.

Portuguese law applies. Any dispute arising from these terms falls to the courts of the Faro district, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.
