How we handle your data.
There is one place on this site where we collect data, the quote request. This page says what goes in and what happens to it next.
Who controls the data
The data controller is FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading under the King Laundry brand, with registered office at Rua Sebastião Cordeiro 30, 8100-628 Loulé, Faro.
What we ask for
The quote request asks four questions about the business and then asks where the answer should go:
- The sector you work in
- The size of the operation — rooms, properties, covers or consulting rooms
- How often you need collection
- Where things stand today
- Name
- Company
- Phone
The four multiple-choice answers are kept in your own browser so they are not lost if you close the tab. Contact details are never kept there, and none of it reaches us before you press send.
What we use it for
To prepare and send the quote you asked for and to talk to you about that request. We use it for nothing else and we do not pass it to third parties.
The legal basis
The consent given when you send the request, and the pre-contractual steps taken at your own request — Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we hold it
We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship arising from the request lasts. If no contract follows, it is kept only as long as needed to answer the request and follow it up.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction of anything wrong and deletion of anything no longer needed. Write to geral@kinglaundry.pt and we will answer.
If you believe your data is not being handled as it should be, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
