By sector

The hours, the textile and the round change from one sector to the next.

The round

There is no door-to-door round. We meet at the agreed point.

Pickup and delivery are the same pass: what leaves on one comes back on the next. It is not a door-to-door round — the pass happens at the point agreed with each house: the Loulé plant, the Vilamoura point, Portimão soon, or the client's own premises. The day and the hour go in the calendar.

Solutions

What you actually contract.

It isn't washing by the piece. It's a linen routine built for the house: what leaves, when it leaves, what stays in storage and what needs handling of its own.

Linen contract

The textile leaves on the agreed pass and comes back washed and pressed on the next, 24 to 72 hours later. The frequency sits in the calendar and the round is built around the house's hours — it stops being a request each time and becomes routine.

Storage between uses

Textile out of rotation is kept and managed at the Loulé plant, and leaves when the house asks for it. The linen room stops being a warehouse and the space goes back to the operation.

Uniforms and fabrics with requirements

Work, kitchen and practice uniforms, table linen and delicate or technical fabrics. Each family has handling of its own — they do not all go into the same programme.

Constraints

The round is built around what the house cannot change.

They are not objections: they are the conditions each house works in. The hour of the pass, the frequency and what stays in reserve are decided from them.

Collection, washing and pressing, delivery

Three steps, always in the same order and always with an hour.

  1. On the agreed day

    Collection

We call at the point agreed with the client — the Loulé plant, the Vilamoura point, Portimão soon, or the client's own premises — and take the used textile away. The pass is in the calendar.

  2. At the Loulé plant

    Washing and pressing

We wash with enzymatic products, dosed to the stain and to the fabric, in high-efficiency equipment, and press the textile before it goes back. Delicate and technical fabrics and uniforms with special requirements are handled separately.

  3. 24 to 72 hours later

    Delivery

The textile comes back washed, pressed and ready to go into service. On commercial volumes, 24 to 72 hours; urgent work, faster.
