Constraints in this sector

What holds the operation back, and what the operation does about it.

On the left, what this house has working against it. On the right, what King Laundry does about each one — and what it does not yet do.

  • Friday and Saturday getting through three days of table linen

The round is calibrated to the peak: passes come closer together in the days after the weekend

  • Olive oil, wine and tomato that the pot wash cannot take out by hand

Olive oil, wine, sauce and candle wax are handled at the plant, with enzymatic, biodegradable products dosed to the stain and the fabric

  • No free square metre in the kitchen to keep clean linen in

Clean linen comes back on the next pass, in 24 to 48 hours on commercial volumes

How it works in this sector

A restaurant's week has a peak and a trough. Friday and Saturday get through table linen that Monday barely touches, and the round is set by the peak, with the passes closest together in the days after the weekend.

Olive oil, wine, sauce and candle wax are treated at the Loulé plant, with enzymatic, biodegradable products dosed to the stain and the fabric. On commercial volumes the textile comes back in 24 to 48 hours, and sooner when the next service cannot wait.

Between services the linen stays with us instead of taking up room in the kitchen. Napkins, tablecloths and kitchen uniforms all go on the same collection.

Size and frequency

The round is built from these two answers: the size of the house and how many times a week we pass. Tell us yours and the quote follows within the hour.
